Garlic Butter Roasted Potatoes and Carrots

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs red potatoes sliced
4 large carrots slices
1/3 cup melted butter
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

Preparation
  • Preheat oven to 400°.
Making
  • Slice the potatoes and carrots (no need to peal) and place in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl whisk together butter, garlic, and spices.
  • Pour mixture over potatoes and carrots. Mix well to coat.
  • Spread vegetables in even layer on greased baking sheet.
Baking
  • Bake 35-45 minutes until desired tenderness.
