4 large carrots slices
1/3 cup melted butter
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp black pepper

Making
- Slice the potatoes and carrots (no need to peal) and place in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl whisk together butter, garlic, and spices.
- Pour mixture over potatoes and carrots. Mix well to coat.
- Spread vegetables in even layer on greased baking sheet.
