1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Juice of 2 limes
Zest of 1 lime

Preparation
- Preheat your oven to
425°F. - Wash the potatoes and cut them into halves or quarters if using larger ones.
Making
- Mix Seasonings: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the lime juice and zest, mixing until well incorporated.
- Coat Potatoes: Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Baking
- Roast: Place in the preheated oven and roast for
25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown, tossing once halfway through for even cooking. - Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
