Ranch Pork Chops

Ingredients

1 packet Ranch salad dressing mix
6 pork loin rib chops about 1 inch thick
salt and pepper to taste
paprika, optional

Alternate

2 packets Ranch salad dressing mix
4 pork chops, center cuts
garlic salt 
pepper
paprika

Directions

Preparation
  • Preheat oven to 450°.
Making
  • In a small bowl, add the Ranch mix together with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Mix well. Liberally sprinkle the pork chops on both sides with the seasoning mixture.
Baking
  • Arrange the pork chops on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the pork chops for 20 minutes, turning once until browned or an internal temperature of 160° is reached.
