Preparation
- Wash artichokes.
- Cut off top (all thorns at the top).
- Cut Stem.
- Trim bottom leaves off stem and artichoke.
- Pour

cups of water (or broth) into instant pot inner pot. - Place steaming rack in pot.
- Place artichokes upside down onto steamer rack.
- Secure lid in place.
Make sure valve is in sealing position
Cooking
- Pressure cook for
20
minutes onhigh
. - Natural release for approx
10
minutes. - Quick release.
