Ingredients
Bottom:
1 6oz package raspberry Jello
2 21oz cans cherry pie filling
Top:
1 6oz package lemon Jello
1 8oz package cream cheese
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups small marshmallows
To Halve
1 3oz package raspberry Jello (dissolved in 1 cup boiling water)
1 can cherry pie filling
1 3oz package lemon Jello
4 tbsp cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup small marshmallows
Directions
Bottom
- Dissolve raspberry Jello in 2 cups boiling water.
- Stir in pie filling.
- Turn into a 13x9x2" pan.
- Chill until partially set.
Top
- Dissolve lemon Jello in 2 cups boiling water.
- Beat together cream cheese and mayonnaise.
- Gradually add lemon Jello
- Stir in
undrained
pineapple. - Whip 1 cup heavy whipping cream.
- Fold whipping cream into lemon mixture with 2 cups small marshmallows.
- Spread on top of bottom cherry layer.
- Chill until set.
